Flex Plan Administration

NAA administers IRS Section 125 cafeteria plans according to the specific needs of our clients. We offer any combination of the three spending accounts: insurance premiums, unreimbursed medical expenses and dependent childcare expenses. Administration services can be interfaced with the medical and dental plan claim processing to allow for automatic filing and payment of eligible flex claims.

We have available the most innovative Flex Plan reimbursement options, such as Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and “Debit Cards”.

EFT allows us to transfer the Flex Plan reimbursement directly into a plan participant’s bank account.

With a convenient “debit card”, each participant will receive a plastic card encoded with their total annual FSA election and can use it to pay for eligible expenses anywhere Mastercard is accepted.

Both programs mean instant access to FSA dollars and reduced paperwork hassles.
