Employee Communication Services
An important key to a successful employee benefit program is education and communication. Employees must understand the benefits available to them in order to appreciate the program. This becomes an even greater need when a business has employees scattered in multiple locations. As a courtesy to new and existing clients, NAA offers various levels of employee communication services. We will assist in on-site employee education and enrollment meetings, provide printed materials, facilitate conference call meetings, or simply help someone complete an enrollment form.
Employee On-Line & IVR Services
Many employees do not have the luxury of making claim inquiries during normal business hours. Our on-line claim services allow employees Internet access to their submitted claim information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They can even view the Explanation of Benefits on paid claims. Additionally, they may access our Interactive Voice Response system via telephone any time, day or night, to get answers regarding processed claims. Not only do these resources allow for flexible access to information but they also lead to increased productivity in the workplace.
Spanish-speaking customer service representatives and translators are available for our clients with this particular need.
