Plan Document & Summary Plan Description Preparation
NAA will consult with you to develop plan language to meet both your criteria and legal requirements. We will prepare the plan document and SPD to assure compliance, completeness, and accuracy. And, we'll make it easy for participants to understand.
From time to time there may be a need to modify the Plan Document. NAA will readily provide guidance and support to make plan amendments and provide the necessary communication to participants.
I.D. Card Preparation
NAA provides in-house custom I.D. card design and production. The card format assures healthcare providers receive complete and current information needed for efficient patient processing. In-house production allows us to offer immediate turn-around on new groups and re-orders.
